1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in your account being restricted or closed and any pending withdrawal requests being suspended pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Management

To participate in any betting or gaming activity on the 49bet platform, you must first create a registered account. Account registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and the creation of a secure password. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, whether or not it was authorised by you, and 49bet will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 49bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 49bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time and 49bet reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

49bet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the market you are betting on and accept the outcome as final once it has been settled by 49bet in accordance with those rules.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event.

7. Responsible Gaming

49bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit into your 49bet account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.

The 49bet name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are the trademarks of 49bet and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by 49bet, or in any manner likely to cause confusion among users or that disparages or discredits 49bet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 49bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from interrupted service, technical faults, errors in odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected, delays in payment processing, or unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 49bet's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 49bet's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

49bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
